Our instructor Derek was featured teaching a young girl how to operate a small digger at a trades event hosted by Manitoba Women in Construction, in partnership with the Winnipeg Construction Association and Women and Gender Equity Manitoba.
This annual one-day event gives girls hands-on experience exploring careers in construction—and this year, more than 90 girls took part.
