Your Union Dues at Work
When you are working, a percentage of your pay cheque goes towards union dues. When you are not working, you have the option to pay minimum monthly dues to keep your membership in good standing. The dues you pay provide you with access to resources, expertise, legal protections, a strong Collective Bargaining Agreement, a voice and a vote, and more! Your dues buy collective strength to improve and protect not only your interests, but the interests of every OE987 member!
