National Day of Mourning

By April 28, 2021

Today, April 28th is the National Day of Mourning. This day is to remember and honour the workers who have died on the job and those that suffer from a work-related injury or illness.

Every year, approximately 1,000 Canadian workers and more than 2.7 million workers around the world die because of an incident that happens on the job.

Everyone has a right to safe work and we all must work together to ensure that everyone gets home safely from work.

The staff at OE987 will be taking time out of our day to remember our brothers and sisters who have sadly lost their lives.
