The bursary was open to the children of OE987 members who are attending post-secondary education.

• Keira Middleton is currently in her 4th year at the University of Winnipeg, working towards a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice with a minor in Child Psychology. Keira intends to apply to the Faculty of Social Work at the University of Manitoba to continue her passion for helping communities!
