General Membership Meeting – April 13, 2025

Our OE987 bylaws sets out the dates and times for all membership meetings. As per the bylaws, April’s General Membership meeting is supposed to take place on the third (3^rd) Sunday of April; however, since Easter falls on the third (3^rd) Sunday this year, we have decided to move the General Membership Meeting to the second (2^nd) Sunday:

Date: Sunday, April 13^th, 2025

Time: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM

Location: Canad Inns Destination Centre Transcona (826 Regent Ave. West)

 

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• At this meeting, we will be reviewing the proposed OE987 bylaw changes, as well as the proposed increase of initiation dues (for new members making application), as well as a change on the calculation of dues for one of our sub-charters (‘A’ charter). Upon completion of the review, those in attendance will be voting on the acceptance of each of those items.

• Nominations for those seeking a position on the OE987 Executive Board will also take place.
